With the objective of leveraging this simplified HRMS provided by People Soft application, three entrepreneurs came together to lay the foundation for Risorsa Umana Solutions Pte Ltd (RAMS Solutions).

Established in 2010, RAMS was incepted by Lee Miew Lan (Professional Services Director), Clement Tan (Business Development Director) and Nguyen Dinh Minh (Operations Director) who were highly experienced and specialized in the implementation of PeopleSoft application. Years of projects, HR outsourcing experience and client interactions, offered the trio with not only the traditional consulting knowledge but also with the knowledge of root causes for client dis satisfactions and the rigidity of the IT consulting and HR Outsourcing business. “The underlying objective for introducing our company as an Oracle People Soft Consulting Partner is to provide Oracle People Soft clients with a unique vendor experience,” elaborates Nguyen.

Having been in the industry for six years, RAMS has already established its headquarter in Singapore, an MSC status branch office in Malaysia, an Off-shore Resource and Development center in Ho Chi Minh City, and a new branch office in Bangkok, Thailand, in April 2015.
